Forget about the gym workout: come dancing!!

It's very cheap (in terms of money not quality obviously), and you'll get great acts every week that will make you sweat and get plenty of excercice. First you will get a swing dance class from 9 to 10pm on a thursday night. Then from 10pm you'll swing dance with the cream of London's vintage scene Djs and bands. You'll dance all night, guaranted!
